Featured listing terms

Who can list

Businesses with a current NRPP or NRSB certification, for radon testing or mitigation, that serve homes in Vermont.

Price and renewal

• $39 a month or $390 a year. One price covers every county you serve.
• Both plans renew automatically until you cancel: $39 every month or $390 every year. The FOUNDING discount covers your first 12 months of the monthly plan; after that you pay the regular price.
• You’re charged at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe, in US dollars.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime, online, at Manage or cancel your listing on Stripe’s billing page (sign in with the email you used at checkout). The monthly plan has no contract.

Refunds

If we can’t verify your certification, or your listing isn’t live within 5 business days of checkout, we refund you in full.

Certification checks

• We look up your certification in its public directory before your listing goes live, and show the date we checked.
• We check it again at least once a year. If it has lapsed, the listing comes down and we cancel your subscription.
• If a payment fails, Stripe retries it; if it’s still unpaid after 30 days, the listing comes down.

What a listing is, and isn’t

• A labeled paid listing with your business name, phone, website, the counties you serve and your verified certification, on those county pages, all of their town pages and Find a contractor.
• We write a factual description of up to 160 characters from your own website. It never claims you’re the best or cheapest and never promises results or prices. Ask us to change it anytime.
• Listings aren’t exclusive. More than one contractor can list in a county, and listings show in the order they were added.
• No ranking, no lead reports and no guaranteed calls. We don’t share, estimate or promise visitor, click or call numbers.
• A listing is not an endorsement, and it never changes what our guides say.

Your information

We publish the business details you give at checkout for your listing. We use your email address only about your listing and never publish it. See our privacy policy.
